We guarantee delivery to the addresses you provide. Before you order, please verify addresses and the availability of your recipient. If we encounter an error such as an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt or weather delays, we will be unable to guarantee a specific delivery date.
Delivery Outside the Continental United States
We are unable to ship outside the Continental United States.
We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.
We are unable to ship to APO/FPO addresses.
Shipping Rates and Transit Times
We process all orders Monday through Friday with a regular daily (M-F) cutoff of 9:00 AM PST to provide the best possible service for our customers. Standard shipping is via FedEx Ground and time in transit is 1-5 shipping days depending upon your destination. Please note that shipping days are business days and do not include weekends.

Shipping Perishable Products
We recommend shipping 2-Day or Overnight for baskets with perishable items (fruit, cheese, chocolate) from May Through October. If You Select Ground Shipping We will Ship the Basket Via Ground But They Ship At Your Own Risk From May Through October. We also recommend these products are only shipped Mon-Wed or Thursday with Overnight delivery. In order to insure your gift arrives as fresh as possible, please review the shipping map for delivery days in transit and select a shipping method that insures delivery in 2 business days. Otherwise, we will not offer any compensation for perishable items that are not shipped according to this policy.
Due to various state regulations, gift baskets containing wine may not be shipped to the following states:
Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Florida, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania and Utah
An adult signature (over 21) is required to complete delivery for all wine shipments. We recommend shipping to a business address wherever possible to insure timely delivery.
Return and Substitution Policies
All products ordered are covered by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Redd Barn products (fruit baskets, fruit gift towers and boxes, gourmet baskets, cheese, meat, nuts, and dried fruit) are perishable and cannot be returned. These products are covered by our Satisfaction Guarantee and will be replaced if they arrive damaged. Non-perishable items should be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original packaging, after contacting our customer service department.
We make every effort to ensure that the fruit and gourmet food items we feature on our site are in season and available. In some areas with a shorter growing season, this is not possible. For optimal freshness and quality, or due to seasonality, Redd Barn reserves the right to substitute certain items of equal or higher value and appearance. Our customer service department will contact you if a major substitution is necessary
